About Us

R. D. Laboratory is an established professional dental laboratory with over 20 years experience.  Partners Shaun Forker (prosthetics/implants) and Alan Nicol (crown & bridge) originally started the Royal Dental Laboratory in 1989 and after a period of steady growth the business was incorporated in 2002 becoming R D Laboratory Ltd. In 2006 we relocated to a newly refurbished 2000 square foot laboratory and our facilities now include a consulting room where clients can discuss their requirements in private.  Members of the public can also access our services for denture repairs.

We produce high quality dental prosthetics, orthodontics, dental implants, crowns and bridges.  We work with both private and NHS clients endeavouring to be responsive to each individual clients needs. 

Although based in Dunfermline, Fife, we offer a free daily delivery and collection service to not only Fife, but also Lothian, Central and some of Strathclyde.  For clients out with these areas we provide a free first class postal service.
